The term depression can be ambiguous, it entails persistently feeling sad or down for a long period of time. Although its normal to feel sad occasionally, feeling depressed can feel like a vicious cycle that you feel hopelessness and alone.

Depression can range from mild to severe, and can affect individuals in numerous ways, from constant exhaustion, crying, eating too much, or too little, negative thoughts, anxiety and stress, can all be related to signs of depression. Antidepressants maybe needed from your GP and can assist to help improve your mood and energy levels.
